Leaders need to know who they are, what motivates them, what values they stand for and how that works
in their work environment. We will reflect and develop this self awareness.
Leaders have similar styles, but individual nuances that make them who they are. We'll combine what we learned in the Education Phase with the styles of leadership that will support their growth and those they work with within their work environment.
The leader knows who they are. They have the Leadership Style they want to incorporate in their work environment. The next phase is developing the strategic plan, structures and systems to support the team, as well as, their Leadership Style within their work environment.
